Today's Queen's birthday and I didn't have to go to the pharmacy.
My placement partner, Maria and I took the opportunity to have a good look around Bairnsdale and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
We woke up to beautiful weather and fresh crisp air, and our day started off with a near 1 hour river walk along the Mitchell River. It was beautiful and the river was so clear, it looks like a mirror. We saw bats, cows, dogs, a horse and a few birds. A few families were also enjoying their day around the area. We had fun taking lots of pictures and learning more about the history and culture of the place.
I am certainly looking forward to first day at Terry White Bairnsdale tomorrow and i'm happy to be here in this beautiful place, with a good friend and a lovely accommodation with amazing hosts!
Blog more tomorrow!
p/s: pebblepad is an e-portfolio programme, i think i have mentioned about it before. We are asked to blog about our everyday experiences while on pharmacy placement and record it on pebblepad. So i tot i'd just copy it here so i don't have to blog twice. The writing style is a bit different tho. Short sentences that are very formal as opposed to my usual super long sentences that has no proper punctuations. :p
